Information – Planned Infrastructure Upgrade

Please be aware there is planned infrastructure maintenance scheduled to start from Monday 14th of October. The work being undertaken will be overnight only, starting at 19:00 and is anticipated to complete by Sunday 27th October 2024.
This work is not expected to cause any disruption to end users use of the NHSmail platform, however we would advise that each organisation familiarise themselves with their business continuity plans ahead of this time in case action is required.
