Issue Description: We are aware that a small number of users have received non-delivery failure message relating to non-acceptance of AUP when sending emails to external domains.
Current Update – 04/12/2020 14:00: The NHSmail service team continue to see a few users experience this issue. NHSmail engineers are continuing to work to reduce the impact of prolonged sync times.
