Issue Description:Several users under the HSCN network are reporting unavailability of OWA. Users are receiving an error “Something went wrong”

Current Update – 27/02/2020 14:35: Users can now log into OWA successfully and no further issues have been reported. NHSmail Engineers are continuing to identify the root cause.
