Issue Description: Some users may be unable to access the Share tab in Microsoft Teams on Android devices.

More info: Affected users may be unable to access sharing functionality because the Share tab is missing in Microsoft Teams on Android devices.

Current Update: 12/08/2026 09:20:00 AM – Microsoft has begun reverting the offending change to remediate the impact. They expect this process to complete and the impact to be fully resolved by their next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users attempting to access the Share tab in Microsoft Teams on Android devices.

Root cause: A recent compliance update introduced a code issue, resulting in a service regression and causing impact.
