Issue Description: Some users may experience failures when generating Microsoft Teams meeting attendance reports.

More info: The affected meeting attendance reports are being generated internally, but due to the impact scenario, they’re not being provided to the user who requested it.

Current Update: 12/08/2026 08:27:00 AM – Microsoft has regenerated reports for users in the Europe region. We anticipate that the reports for all remaining users will be regenerated by the time of our next scheduled communication update.

Scope of impact: Some users may experience failures generating Microsoft Teams meeting attendance reports. This section may be updated as the investigation progresses.

Root cause: A recent first-party app rollout introduced a misconfiguration that caused app component calls to fail, resulting in impact.
