Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users may have been intermittently unable to see the Claude model option for Microsoft 365 Copilot in Microsoft Teams.

Final Update: 10/08/2026 09:21:00 AM – Microsoft has completed deployment of the fix and confirmed through service monitoring that the issue has been resolved.

Scope of impact: This issue may have intermittently affected any user attempting to use the Claude model option in the Copilot selector within Microsoft Teams.

Root cause: A recent service update upgrading Copilot to version 20260701.51.4 inadvertently introduced an issue that intermittently prevented the Claude model option from appearing for some users.

Next steps: Microsoft is reviewing their deployment procedures to help prevent similar problems in the future.
