Issue Description: Some users may be unable to access Plan artifacts and Power Table sheets within shared reports in Microsoft Fabric.

More info: The error that impacted users may have received stated “Something went wrong, please try again.”

Final Update: 03/08/2026 15:56:00 PM –  Microsoft determined that a recently deployed feature update meant to introduce connection validations may have prevented some users from accessing Plan artifacts and Power Table sheets within shared reports in Microsoft Fabric. They have disabled this feature update .

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to access Plan artifacts and PowerTable sheets within shared reports in Microsoft Fabric were impacted.

Root cause: A recently deployed feature update meant to introduce connection validations may have prevented some users from accessing Plan artifacts and Power Table sheets within shared reports in Microsoft Fabric.

Next steps : Microsoft is reviewing and improving our feature update validation procedure to detect and prevent similar issues before they cause impact in the future
