Issue Description: Users’ Power Automate flow operations or actions may not perform as expected in Microsoft Teams.

More info: Affected users receive the following error message when attempting to open reports connected to Direct Lake semantic models: They cannot process this request right now because the OneLake security configuration has changed.

Current Update: 08/05/2026 09:11:00 AM– Microsoft are analysis of service telemetry identified a portion of infrastructure that facilitates Power Automate flows encountered a caching issue, causing some requests to stall, or fail. Their automated recovery systems rebalanced load to alternate infrastructure and they has monitored the environment to validate that this issue is no longer occurring.

Scope of impact: Your organization was affected by this event, and some users attempting to utilize Power Automate flow operations or actions in Microsoft Teams may been impacted.

Root cause: A portion of infrastructure that facilitates Power Automate flows encountered a caching issue, resulting in impact.
