Issue Description: Users may have been unable to successfully invoke Power Automate flows from their SPFx applications.

Final Update: 06/05/2026 09:22:00 AM– Microsoft has identified that a recent service update introduced a token provider that was incorrectly modifying a specific resource endpoint URL, resulting in impact. They have reverted service to the previous known working version, and received feedback from a number of affected users that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to users attempting to invoke Power Automate flows from their SPFx applications.

Root cause: A recent service update introduced a token provider that was incorrectly modifying a specific resource endpoint URL and resulted in impact.

Next Steps : Microsoft are reviewing their pdate procedures to better identify similar issues during their development and testing cycles.
