Issue Description: Users couldn’t view multiple flow analytics in the flow analytics tab of Microsoft Power Automate.

More info: Impacted flow analytics included:
– Flow runs
– Flow run error rates
– Flow runs trend cards

When attempting to view, users received an error stating “Couldn’t load data.”

Final Update: 24/04/2026 09:00:00 AM– Microsoft service health monitoring alerted us to an increased number of failures occurring when users attempted to view multiple flow analytics in the flow analytics tab of Microsoft Power Automate. Their investigation determined that a change that was enabled in a recent service update contained a code regression and caused impact. They have disabled the change and confirmed through service health monitoring that the impact is remediated.

Scope of impact: Your organization was affected by this event, and any user that attempted to view multiple flow analytics in the flow analytics tab of Microsoft Power Automate was impacted.

Root cause: A change that was enabled in a recent service update contained a code regression and caused impact.

Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their service update testing and validation procedures to identify and prevent similar code regression affecting users’ visibility of flow analytics in deployments moving forward.
