Issue Description: Users may be unable to access the Microsoft Intune web app from a managed Microsoft Edge iOS browser.

More info: The managed Microsoft Edge iOS browser may be displaying an error stating “Action Not Allowed” when trying to launch the Microsoft Intune web app.
This only impacts those with iOS webapps created and targeted to users, and configured to launch in managed Microsoft Edge browser.

Final Update: 17/04/2026 09:08:00 AM– Microsoft has completed deploying the new Microsoft Edge iOS browser build, and we’ve validated with internal testing that the impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Any user who’s attempting to access the created and targeted iOS Microsoft Intune web app that’s configured to launch in a managed Microsoft Edge browser may be affected.

Root cause: A code issue in the Mobile Application Management (MAM) SDK conflicts with a recently enabled account management feature, resulting in impact.

Next Steps: Microsoft has further reviewing the MAM SDK to understand how the code issue was introduced, and to understand what prevented it from being detected in our update testing and validation procedures, which will allow us to prevent similar issues in future updates.
