Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users were experiencing failures when using agents and models that use GPT-5.

Final Update: 28/01/2026 09:02:00 AM – Microsoft has completed rolling back the resource management service in the region to the previous version. Following a period of service health diagnostic analysis, we confirmed that the dependency service has recovered and functionality is restored.

Preliminary Root Cause: A portion of our dependency service experienced connectivity issues due to an outage.

Next Steps: Microsoft are analysing performance data and trends on the affected systems to prevent this problem from happening again.
