Issue Status: Monitoring

Issue Description: Users may not be able to access the Admin Hub component of Coreview and will be met with a blank screen due to an authentication log-in issue. Issue has been raised via the Coreview support team and initial investigations are ongoing.

Latest Update: 28/01/2026 17:00:00 PM – The service has now been stable over a 24 hour period. Monitoring is in place to continue to ensure the stability of the new service. Root cause analysis has now been provided by Coreview and a full review is now in place between Accenture and Coreview. Once the review has been complete, more information will be provided along with the root cause and the next steps which have been taken to ensure future stability of Admin Hub and the Coreview service.
