Issue Description: Users may see a User Interface (UI) glitch in Microsoft Teams which shows an added bar at the top of each window.

More info: This specifically impacts users that are using webview2 version “144.0.3719.82” on Windows 10 devices.

Current Update: 23/01/2026 13:46:00 PM –Microsoft has identified a code regression in the webview2 version “144.0.3719.82” is causing impact to occur. We’re working to identify the safest and most effective way to mitigate the impact.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users utilising the UI in Microsoft Teams.

Root cause: A code regression in the webview2 version 144.0.3719.82 is causing impact to occur.
