Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users couldn’t access the Microsoft Teams desktop app and received an error page.

More info: Windows users on WebView2 version 115 received an error that stated: “You have an outdated version of Edge WebView2 that’s required to run Teams.”

Current Update: 03/10/2025 08:20:00 AM – Microsoft have finished reversing the feature change that was blocking some users and confirmed through service telemetry that the impact is remediated.

Scope of impact: Any user attempting to access their Exchange Online archive mailbox may encounter this issue if their primary and archive mailboxes aren’t located on the same portion of Active Directory infrastructure.
