Issue Description: We aware of an intermittent issue where some user may be getting stuck in a MFA loop when re-enrolling.
Current Update: 01/04/2025 11:30:00 AM – Microsoft have implemented a fix to the looping issue. We have seen a reduction in tickets being logged and can not recreate the issue ourselves. We will continue to monitor throughout the rest of the week making sure the fix filters to all users.
