Issue Description: Users may be intermittently unable to access OneDrive for Business content.

Current Update 29/01/2025 08:48:00 AM – Microsoft have deployed their solution for improving the efficiency of the newly added code stream, which they’re monitoring as it saturates the environment. They expect this will complete and remediate the impact by their next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause: A service memory issue is causing the infrastructure responsible for facilitating core service search to intermittently go into an unresponsive state.
