Issue Description: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) may prevent users from accessing some Microsoft 365 (M365) Apps.

Current Update: 13/01/2025 09:50:00 AM – Microsoft are reviewing service diagnostic data to help us determine the full scope of impact and which exact services are affected.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to users who are authenticating to our M365 Apps using MFA.
