Issue Description: A subset of environments may not appear in environment lists and selectors, or may experience permissions issues.

More info: Missing environments may take up to 24 hours to reappear in environment lists and selectors.

As a workaround, affected environments can be accessed directly if the environment Id or URL is known.

Final Update: 09/10/2024 09:08:00 AM – The fix has been deployed to their environment, and Microsoft have validated via service health diagnostics, that functionality is restored.

Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
