Issue Description: A subset of environments may not appear in environment lists and selectors, or may experience permissions issues.

More info: Missing environments may take up to 24 hours to reappear in environment lists and selectors.

As a workaround, affected environments can be accessed directly if the environment Id or URL is known.

Current Update: 26/09/2024 10:10:00 AM –  Microsoft have developed a hotfix to address the regression, and currently, they are working to validate the fix in a test environment prior to scheduling the deployment of the fix to your environment. In parallel, they are continuing to investigate other ways to reduce the latency your environment may be experiencing.
