Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We are aware of an issue preventing end users from accessing and using the NHSmail Portal. Engineers are urgently investigating to determine the root cause and we will provide additional details as soon as they become available.

Final Update: 24/09/2024 18:00:00 PM – The Portal has remained stable throughout the day following the roll back of the Pritchard Portal Release yesterday evening and has performed within the expected operational threshold.
