Issue Description: Users Microsoft Teams presence information is displayed incorrectly in a specific third-party application.

More info: Impact is specific to some users who are creating a Graph API change notification subscription for presence using the third-party application.

Final Update: 19/08/2024 08:15:00 AM – Microsoft’s operation to deploy the previously mentioned fix is complete, and they’ve monitored their service health telemetry to confirm that impact is remediated. They’re reviewing their Microsoft Teams update procedures pertaining to the code base responsible for displaying presence information to prevent similar impact in future updates.
