Users can utilize the Outlook desktop client to reply to messages with classifications successfully.

Final Update : 04/10/2023 09:30:00 AM – Microsoft’s deployment of the fix has completed and the issue is resolved for all affected users.

Scope of impact : Some users attempting to replying to messages with classifications in Outlook on the web are impacted.

Root cause : A recent update to Outlook on the web contains a code conflict that’s preventing some users from replying to messages with classifications as expected.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing their update testing and validation procedures to identify how impact was missed during testing and better prevent similar future occurrences.
