Issue Status : RESOLVED

Description : Some users may experience an issue when trying to access their calendar via the Microsoft Teams Web App. Users may receive an error message stating “Something went wrong. Let’s try again.” The issue only relates to the Teams Web App; users are able to access their calendar via the Outlook application and the full Microsoft Teams App without issue.

NHSmail engineers have engaged with Microsoft to investigate the issue and will provide further updates as soon as they become available.

Final Update : 07/09/2023 12:00:00 PM – Microsoft have confirmed that a code change made in OWA unexpectedly caused this issue. They have now deployed a fix to resolve it and all testing and external validation has confirmed the issue has been fully mitigated.
