Issue Status: RESOLVED
Issue Description: We are aware of an issue with the NHSmail Portal preventing some users from connecting. NHSmail engineers are urgently investigating to determine the cause so we can mitigate it as soon as possible.
Final Update: 17/04/2023 16:40:00 PM – After a period of monitoring the NHSmail Portal, no further issues have been identified or reported via the NHSmail Helpdesk. The NHSmail engineers are continuing to monitor the service however, this incident is now deemed resolved.
