Issue Description : Users were unable to perform several operations and will experience degraded performance within your environment.

Final Update : 08/09/2022 08:50:00 AM – The connection issue impacting Azure Cosmos DB in North Europe was mitigated. Microsoft has confirmed via service health telemetry that performance has been restored.

Root Cause : AI Builder functionally was impacted by an issue impacting connections to the Azure Cosmos DB in North Europe.

Next Steps : Microsoft is reviewing their configuration procedures to find ways to prevent this problem from happening again.
