Error while sending emails via SMTP

Issue Description: We are aware of an issue whereby a small number of accounts are receiving errors while sending emails via SMTP.

Current Update: (03/02/2021 11:02) – NHSmail engineers have successfully completed the re-balance on a small number of targeted accounts. Since the re-balance no further issues have been observed.
