Microsoft Alert: Service degradation – Some users may be unable to launch the Microsoft Teams desktop client

Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Some users may be unable to launch the Microsoft Teams desktop client. Affected users may see dialog stating “Loading Microsoft Teams”.

Current Update – 08/02/2021 11:39:00 AM: Service has been restored to normal by Microsoft. Users should be able to use Microsoft Teams desktop client without any issues.
