Description: Launchpad organisation details are missing when searching within the “My Organisation” tab.

Current Update: 26/08/2026 05:19:00 AM : We are experiencing a data issue within the Launchpad service. When clicking into the my organisation tab and searching for organisation details. No data is being retrieved. Our teams are looking into this with a matter of urgency and will look to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
