Issue Description: Users may be intermittently unable to access Copilot Chat in Outlook on the web.

More info: When some users attempt to access Copilot Chat in Outlook on the web, they may intermittently receive an error that states, “Something went wrong. An error occurred. Please try again.

Current Update: 14/08/2026 09:00:00 AM – Microsoft has identified that additional validations of the fix are required prior to deploying the fix to the affected environments. They expect the validations will be complete, and they will aim to provide a resolution timeline by their next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to access Copilot Chat in Outlook on the web may be affected. This information may be updated as their investigation continues.

Root cause: An underlying client rendering issue within Copilot Studio is causing intermittent impact Copilot Chat in Outlook on the web.
