Issue Status: ONGOING

Issue Description: Admins may encounter delays of up to 10 hours for grading results on Microsoft Defender for Office 365 submissions page.

Current Update: 27/04/2026 09:01:00 AM– Microsoft are continuing to monitor the service to ensure processing remains stable while additional preventive actions are underway.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to any admin served through the affected infrastructure expecting email submission grading.

Root cause: An increase in requests has caused a section of infrastructure, responsible for processing email submission grading, to perform below acceptable performance thresholds resulting in impact.
