Upcoming changes to the NHS.net Support Site

We are introducing a new Support Hub that will gradually replace the current support site (support.nhs.net). The Support Hub will sit alongside organisations moving to the new NHS.net Connect offering and will provide a more modern and improved support experience.

What changes might I notice?

Over the course of the next few months, as part of this transition:

Some links on the current support site will begin to redirect to the new Support Hub. This is expected behaviour and is designed to guide users to the most up-to-date guidance in its new location.
Local Administrators will also gain access to the new Support Hub for wider features, when their organisation transitions to the new NHS.net Connect offering. Local Administrators are already being contacted with information about their organisation’s migration date.
