Issue Description: Users experience failures when importing solutions for Copilot Studio agents containing unstructured knowledge sources

More info: Impact may occur when importing a solution or when provisioning the knowledge sources for the imported agents.

Users will receive the following error message when importing a solution, “Sql error: Statement conflicted with a constraint…”

Impact is limited to unstructured knowledge sources.

Current Update: 07/04/2026 09:01:00 AM– The mitigation script deployment has been completed. Microsoft are monitoring service diagnostics for updates to the metadata configuration and recovery as the script propagates.
