Issue Description: Users may experience delays receiving Forensic Discovery search results as well as successfully requesting MFA LTE & Entra Application Registration Requests. This has been caused due to an ongoing Microsoft service degradation (SP1196502) which is preventing Accenture backend processes from retrieving email addresses via the Microsoft CSOM API.
Final Update: 19/12/2025 10:32:00 AM – Microsoft have now deployed a fix which has now reached the NHS.net tenant. Testing by the Accenture engineers has confirmed that the backend processes are now working as expected. Processing of all queued Forensic, MFA LTE and Entra Registration Requests have now resumed.
