Issue Description: Users who create a team from an existing group within Microsoft Teams receive an error.

Current Update: 03/07/2025 08:30:00 AM – Microsoft have determined that a routine service update for better error handling introduced a code regression, which is resulting in impact. They are in the process of reverting the service to a previously stable version, in tandem with further analyzing the regression to aid in developing an accelerated route toward mitigation if possible.
