Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users may be unable to log in to or access Microsoft Forms.

Final Update: 04/07/2025 11:49:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed after an extended monitoring period that the their configuration change has remediated impact to end users.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users located on or served through the affected infrastructure, attempting to access Microsoft Forms.

Root cause: A large number of synthetic requests to the service were causing impact.

Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their network configuration change procedures to reduce the time it takes for adjustments to take effect, to minimize similar impact in the future.
