Issue Description: Users can’t view other participants’ video feeds in Microsoft Teams meetings.

More info: Impact is specific to attendees of Microsoft Teams meetings with managed mode enabled.

Presenters aren’t affected by this issue.

Final Update: 20/05/2025 21:53:00 PM – Microsoft have completed the deployment of their fix and confirmed that impact was successfully remediated for all users.

Scope of impact: Your organization is impacted by this event and all participants within a Microsoft Teams meetings with managed mode are affected.

Root cause: A code regression included within a recent fix resulted in impact.
