Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Admins may be unable to remove accepted or rejected senders from Microsoft 365 groups using the Graph API.

Final Update: 15/07/2025 14:35:00 PM – Microsoft have confirmed the fix has been deployed and impact is no longer occurring.

Scope of impact: Admins whose Graph API requests are routed through the affected Microsoft service environment may be unable to remove accepted or rejected senders from Microsoft 365 groups using the Graph API.

Root cause: A recent feature update has inadvertently resulted in a code regression causing issues with removing accepted or rejected senders from Microsoft 365 groups using the Graph API

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their feature update procedures to help prevent similar impact from happening again.
