Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users may experience blank visuals when exporting reports to PDF in Power BI Desktop.

Final Update: 20/10/2025 09:00:00 AM – Microsoft have disabled the offending configuration change and confirmed through testing with a subset of affected users that the impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users attempting to export reports to PDF in Power BI Desktop.

Root cause: A recent service-side configuration was prematurely enabled, resulting in impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing their update procedures to understand why the configuration was enabled prematurely, so that we can prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
