Issue Description: Some users may have experienced access issues or transient errors when accessing the Microsoft Viva Insight web app.

Final Update: 03/08/2026 08:36:00 AM –Microsoft is continuing to monitor as the deployment completes throughout the affected service infrastructure to ensure that additional mitigative actions will not be required.

Scope of impact: The problem impacts some users trying to access the Viva Insights web app. This section may be updated as our investigation progresses.

Root cause: A planned backend infrastructure upgrade temporarily is affecting service availability, resulting in transient access issues for some users during the deployment window.
