Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Some users may experience intermittent failures with requests in Copilot.

More info: User may receive an error such as “sorry, something went wrong”.

Final Update: 21/04/2026 8:48:00 AM– Microsoft deployed fix completed saturation and they have confirmed through service health monitoring that the impact is resolved.

Scope of impact: This issue intermittently affects some users making requests in Copilot.

Root cause: Sustained pressure on a portion of infrastructure that handles Microsoft 365 Copilot queries is causing decreased service availability and resulting in impact.

Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing the affected infrastructure to identify the source of the sustained pressure, so that they can determine how to prevent similar impact to Copilot queries in the future.
