Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Microsoft Copilot Studio – Users are not receiving search results with SharePoint as a knowledge source

Final Update: 15/04/2026 8:26:00 AM– We reverted the service update and, following a period of service health diagnostic analysis, we confirmed that service functionality was restored.

Preliminary Root Cause: A regression contained within a recent service update.

Next Steps: We’re reviewing our standard service update procedures to avoid similar impact in the future.
