Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Admins may not see any consumption or charges being recorded for their PAYG Copilot subscription.

Final Update: 20/07/2026 10:47:00 AM – While awaiting validation on mitigation from a subset of affected users, Microsoft was able to validate that their fix has fully remediated this event through service health telemetry.

Scope of impact: Any admin attempting to view consumption and charges for their PAYG Copilot subscription may be impacted. This information may be updated as their investigation continues.

Root cause: A recent service change to the portion of infrastructure responsible for recording and communicating the consumption data for PAYG Copilot subscriptions is preventing the call requests that calculate the consumption from completing as expected.

Next steps: Microsoft is reviewing the responsible service change to better understand what led to the error that resulted in impact and prevent similar future occurrences.
