Issue Description: Users may be unable to create, update, cancel, RSVP and forward meetings in Microsoft Teams.

More info: Affected users may also be unable to access their Exchange Online mailbox via any connection method.

Final Update: 02/04/2025 08:46:00 AM – Microsoft have reverted the change and confirmed after monitoring that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure in the United Kingdom.

Next update by: Microsoft are reviewing their standard service update procedures to better identify similar issues during their development and testing cycles.
