Issue Description: Users may have received an error when they initiated Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat requests.

More info: The error that impacted users may have received stated “Something went wrong, please try again.”

Final Update: 30/07/2026 08:42:00AM – Microsoft’s investigation determined that the previously mentioned configuration change led to network traffic being incorrectly routed, which led to impact. After reverting this change, they monitored service health telemetry and confirmed impact is remediated.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to initiate Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat requests may have been impacted.
