Issue Description: Users may see incorrect characters in incoming Microsoft Teams call notifications when display names contain diacritics.

More info:On-premises environments on version 28.0 are not affected.

For Marketplace apps and Per Tenant Extensions (PTE), we recommend the following:

• PTE: Remove the dependency on _Exclude_ReportsLayout from the manifest and reinstall.
• Marketplace apps: Contact the publisher for an updated version without this dependency, then reinstall.

Final Update: 12/05/2026 9:28:00 AM– Microsoft has have completed deployment of the fix. Following a period of monitoring service health telemetry, they have confirmed that the impact to third party extensions on environments updated to version 28.0 has been resolved.

Preliminary Root Cause: A misconfiguration contained within Business Central version 28.0 caused extensions with a dependency on the _Exclude_ReportsLayout app to be uninstalled.

Next Steps: Microsoft is reviewing their update procedures to better identify similar issues during their development and testing cycles.
