Issue Description: We aware of some performance degradation regarding the NHS.net Portal. All functionality remains available however loading times of the Portal UI may be taking longer than usual.

Final Update: 01/04/2025 10:30:00 AM – Engineers identified a database transaction that was consuming an increased level of Portal resource. This has now been reset which has returned resource levels back to normal. The Accenture team are continuing to monitor the Portal infrastructure to ensure performance remains at typical levels.
