Issue Description: Users and admins are unable to use eDiscovery services and features.
More info: Users are unable to use eDiscovery services and features in Purview eDiscovery All eDiscovery functions are affected by this event.
More info: The error is misleading and doesn’t prevent users from replying to or forwarding email through Outlook on the web.
Current Update: 28/03/2025 07:50:00 AM – Microsoft have encountered some unexpected results while finalizing their validation tests. These results require additional analysis and follow-up testing to ensure the code will continue through deployment safely and prevent new issues from occurring when deployed. Due to these circumstances and complexity of the unexpected results, they’ve not yet been able to initiate the deployment to production, which they anticipate will take a considerable amount of time to complete. They sincerely appreciate your patience and will continue to share updates as they get closer to finalizing these steps.
