Users are now able to select multiple users when creating or editing a call queue
A feature has been introduced to the NHSmail Phone system power app allowing admins to select multiple users when creating or editing a call queue. Using the drop down you’ll be able to select multiple users as well as ordering the users for use with serial routing. The order of users can be altered when create or editing a call queue by deselecting and reselecting the users in your preferred order. For further guidance go to “link” to reporting section.
