Issue Description: We aware of an intermittent issue where some user may be getting stuck in a MFA loop when re-enrolling.
Current Update: 19/03/2025 14:48:00 PM – Further logs have been requested from Microsoft, which Accenture Engineers are providing. We have seen a positive response in a work around where closing the browser session allows the user to re-enrol. We encourage all users to close their browsers and re-open once an LOA has clicked the “Re-enrol Azure MFA” button in the NHSmail Portal.
