Issue Status: RESOLVED
Issue Description: We are aware of an issue regarding the Large File Transfer service. Some users may observe failed submissions via the Webform displaying a “Processing Failed” message.
Final Update: 19/02/2025 10:00:00 AM – Post a period of monitoring, the Egress Large File Transfer service has remained available and functioning as normal. We are now resolving this incident.
